For high-density tooth-to-tongue ratio aluminium extrusion die test, the first aluminum rod must be a short aluminum rod or pure aluminum rod of 150-200mm. Before testing the aluminium extrusion die, the extrusion center of the aluminum extruder must be adjusted so that the extrusion shaft, the ingot barrel and the outlet of the die base are on the same center line. During the trial aluminium extrusion die and the normal production process, the heating temperature of the aluminum rod should be ensured to be between 480-520℃.
The heating temperature of the aluminum extrusion mold is controlled at about 480℃ according to the conventional mold temperature. The heat preservation time of the flat mold with a diameter of 200mm or less shall not be less than 2 hours. If it is a split mold, the heat preservation time shall be more than 3 hours; for the aluminum extrusion mold with a diameter greater than 200mm Keep the temperature for 4-6 hours to ensure the uniformity between the core temperature of the aluminium extrusion die and the outside temperature.
Before testing the aluminium extrusion die or production, you must clean the inner container of the ingot barrel with a cylinder cleaning gasket, and check whether the extruder is running normally when dry. When the aluminium extrusion die is tested or the production is just started, the automatic gear of the extruder is turned off, and the switches of each section are reset to zero. Start slowly from the minimum pressure, and discharge the material for about 3-5 minutes. The pressure is mainly controlled during the aluminum filling process. The pressure is controlled within 100Kg/cm2, and the ammeter data is within 2-3A. Generally, 80-120Kg/cm2 can be discharged, and then it can be slowly accelerated. During normal production, the extrusion speed is subject to pressure less than 120 Kg/cm2.
In the trial or production process of aluminium extrusion die, if there is any phenomenon such as mold blockage, partial tooth, too large deviation between speed and slow, the machine should be stopped immediately, and the mold should be unloaded in a point-retracting manner to avoid the mold being scrapped. During the trial aluminium extrusion die or aluminum production process, the discharge port must be unobstructed, and the cushion support or clamp tightness should be reasonably controlled according to the discharge situation. Observe and find abnormal conditions at any time and deal with them in time. When the shutdown occurs, the machine must be shut down immediately.
Aluminum alloy profile mounting baskets should be standardized, including the cushion strips should be placed reasonably to avoid damage to the profile. The aging temperature of the aluminum profiles is controlled at 190±5°C, and the temperature is kept for 2.5-4 hours. After being out of the furnace, it should be air-cooled.
