1. Application of aluminum profiles

2. Classification of Aluminum Profiles

1) It can be divided into the following categories according to its use:

• Aluminum profiles for doors and windows (divided into doors and windows and curtain walls)

The difference between them is the shape of the cross-section. But they are all produced by hot-melt extrusion.

2) Classification by alloy:

The standard aluminum profiles can be divided into 1024, 2011, 6063, 6061, 6082, 7075 and other alloy series, of which 6 series are the most common. The difference between different series lies in the different proportions of various metal components. Except for the commonly used aluminum profiles for doors and windows, such as 60 series, 70 series, 80 series, 90 series, curtain wall series and other building aluminum profiles, there is no clear model distinction for industrial aluminum profiles. Most manufacturers process them according to the actual drawings of customers.

• Electrophoretic coating of aluminum

• Powder sprayed aluminum

• Wood grain transfer printing aluminum

• Planing aluminum (divided into mechanical planing and chemical polishing, of which chemical polishing is the most expensive)
